Kettering University Online’s Lean Manufacturing master’s degree was developed in collaboration with General Motors to provide the skills needed to improve quality output, streamline processes and reduce waste.
The curriculum for the Lean Management program involves 10 courses totaling 40 credit hours including:
- Seven core courses for 28 credits, plus
- Three certificate courses for 12 credits
